Terms of use

Version of 19 October 2026. These terms apply when you use VEXTRA on iPhone or the web. By accepting them you also accept the Risk disclosure. If you don't agree, don't use VEXTRA to trade.

Who can use VEXTRA

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Don't use VEXTRA where trading crypto assets or any of its features is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You're responsible for the laws and taxes that apply to you.

What VEXTRA is

A non-custodial interface: it shows market data and builds transactions that you sign with your own wallet, or that VEXTRA's server signs under the automation permission you give. VEXTRA is not a broker, exchange, bank or adviser, and never holds your funds or keys.

Your wallet

The VEXTRA wallet is created and secured by Privy; an external wallet is yours alone. You're responsible for your sign-in method and devices, and for checking every transaction, network and address. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, and VEXTRA can't recover lost access or mistaken transfers.

Automation

If you turn automation on, you allow VEXTRA's server to sign the limited kinds of transactions described in Docs > Automation for your VEXTRA wallet, following the rules you set. You can turn it off at any time in More > Automation. Automated orders are not guaranteed to execute, or to execute at the price you expect.

Third-party services

Trades route through third parties such as Jupiter and KyberSwap, run on public blockchains, and use data from providers such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and Jupiter. They have their own terms, can fail, change or be wrong, and VEXTRA doesn't control them.

Fees

VEXTRA currently charges no fee of its own. You pay network fees and any fees charged by routes, pools and order vaults. If VEXTRA ever adds a fee, it will be shown before you confirm a trade.

Acceptable use

Don't use VEXTRA for anything illegal, to manipulate markets or launder money, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

No warranty

VEXTRA is provided as is and as available. Prices, scores, labels and other data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Features can change, pause or stop at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, VEXTRA is not liable for trading losses, missed or failed orders, failures of third-party services or blockchains, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated. When they are, VEXTRA asks you to accept the new version before you continue, and automation won't start or resume until you do.
